Q: Free shipping on orders over $50
In order to select free shipping, the order must have a total of $50 before taxes and after discounts.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently only ship within the Contiguous U.S.
However, we can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico upon special request. Additional Fees will apply.
Q: When will my order ship?
Please allow 1 business day for processing time.
We work hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible.
Our working business days are from Monday – Friday. We are closed on National holidays
Orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed the following day.
Q: How can I track my order?
After you receive the order confirmation email when your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped!
Please allow 24 hours for the shipping carrier to scan it into the system and provide an update.
We strive to offer the most expedited and reliable service, The Vapery cannot guarantee the transit and delivery times. Due to certain high volumes of packages that USPS may receive, the tracking number may not be updated within several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sort facility, transit location, or post office.
Q: I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that the shipping and billing information, as well as your selected items are correct before submitting your order.
Q: Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, in the case you have received an incorrect item, we will provide a replacement with proof of purchase and a photo of the incorrect item.
If you ordered an item incorrectly and want to swap it out, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
Q: What carrier do you use for shipping?
We currently utilize USPS and Federal Express for Shipping.
All rates are "real time rates" directly from USPS.
USPS Priority Mail –Transit time between 1-2 business days.
USPS First Class*** – Transit time between 1-4 business days.
APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 days in transit.
***Only orders under 1lb will be eligible for First Class shipping
Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
We can ship to a P.O. box only if USPS is selected as your carrier.
Q: I received my package, but it was damaged. What do I do?
For any claims and issues that arise you may contact the carrier directly utilizing the tracking number of your shipment.
Please send us an e-mail with your order number so we can assist you if needed.
Q: I tracked my package, and it was lost. What do I do?
Lost and undelivered packages are not the responsibility of The Vapery, and any issues arising from packages/shipments not received must be resolved with the postal carrier in use.
We will do our best to provide a resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
